Natalie Murray-Jones
Natalie has over 20 years of PQE in intellectual property law. Her expertise is in Australian and international brand protection and trade mark law. She has worked for clients operating across a range of industries protecting brands in all sectors and working with some of Australia’s most well-known and innovative companies. Natalie founded brandU Legal over a decade ago after more than 15 years managing trade marks portfolios in top tier Australian firms. She is known for her succinct, commercially focused advice on all aspects of branding and trade marks, including the protection and management of extensive Australian and international trade mark portfolios, contentious disputes, non-use matters and infringement actions as well as non-contentious contractual and licensing matters. To further support clients dealing with overseas jurisdictions Natalie was appointed notary public in NSW in 2014.
Julia Caunt
Julia is a registered trade mark attorney and is a highly skilled professional with more than 15 years’ experience managing intellectual property portfolios across the Food & Beverages, Health Sciences, Infant Nutrition and Petfood industries. She has extensive experience advising global, regional and local business units on various brand portfolio matters including trade marks and intellectual property. During her time in-house with a large multi-national company, Julia acted as a business partner to and strategic advisor for the company’s executive team to effectively manage and protect global brand rights.

Rosie is a registered patent attorney and has extensive experience in all things patents. Her speciality is chemical patents. She has a passion for business strategy, innovation and growing her client’s business in Australia and internationally. Having been a Principal of a top-tier intellectual property firm for over 10 years, Rosie understands the importance of developing robust strategies that achieve business objectives. Rosie has a provide ability to identify and pursue business opportunities and appreciates the benefits of nurturing and maintaining client relationships. In 2019, Rosie was considered as one of the Top 205 Women in IP (Managing Intellectual Property) and she has recently completed a Global Executive MBA with Monash University.
